Spectrum Blue Steel Corporation, as well as True Green Energy Group, are both domestic corporations that have been granted a license to the Biosphere Process and Technology in 2008 by the Biosphere Development Corporation/Global Environmental Energy Corporation for the promotions, marketing, operation and management of the Biosphere Process.
